About our boat covers:

• All boat covers are guaranteed to be free from workmanship and material defects. Universal Fit boat covers are covered for a period of one year, up to Sunbrella boat covers that are covered for five years and are offered with either full or limited warranties. All boat covers listed as "Travel" covers must be properly secured using a tie-down kit before they can be trailered/towed.
• Our boat covers are guaranteed to be sold at the lowest price. If you can find a lower price anywhere on an identical cover (including shipping) we will beat that price and give you an additional 5% off.
• All boat covers are guaranteed to meet with your satisfaction*. If you are unsatisfied with any universal or semi-custom boat cover within 30 days of purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange. Custom fit covers are non-returnable. If we have made an error or if there is a defect on a custom fit cover, it may be returned for modification or replacement. (If the return for refund is due to our error, we will also refund the ground shipping charges or provide you with a return label.)

* Note: Custom boat covers and products made with Sunbrella fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. See our policies page for further details regarding returns. Not sure about the color or material options? We would be glad to mail fabric samples at request before you place your order.

• We never store your credit card number on our servers!
• If any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement as a result of your doing business with us, you pay nothing -- the boat cover you ordered is yours to keep. This guarantee does not apply to charges that result if you submit your credit card transaction for processing more than once for the same order -- but we will remove these charges for you promptly.
• If you are uncomfortable sending credit card information to our secure servers, you can submit your boat cover order online and then call us with your credit card information.
