- All bimini tops are guaranteed to be free from workmanship and
material defects. All bimini tops are covered for a period of
one year up to 5 years for the Sunbrella bimini tops!
- Our bimini tops are guaranteed to be sold
at the lowest price. If you can find a lower price
anywhere on an equivalent top, we will beat that price and give
you an additional 5% off.
- All bimini tops are guaranteed to meet with your satisfaction*.
If you are unsatisfied with your bimini
within 30 days of purchase for any reason, you can return it to
us in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange*.
(If the return for refund is due to
our error, we will also refund the shipping charges.)

to keep. This guarantee does not apply to charges that
