| COMBO COVERS After months of research and customer input, Tough Duck Outdoor Products is introducing their new Combo Cover. Our Combo Cover gives the great flexibility of providing full motor coverage for trailering and storing and a half cover protection while mooring on the water. As you see in the pictures below, the cover comes in two sections, a top section and a bottom section. This allows you the option of using both the top section (we refer to as the Half Cover), and the bottom section (we refer to as the Leg) together to provide a full combination outboard motor cover, or, if you are mooring your boat, you may want to use the Half Cover only. |

Two covers in one! This format also allows for easier accommodation of various shaft lengths for each motor size. The leg length changes while the top stays the same.You have the option of just using the Half Cover or taking the leg option immediately or later as your needs change. |

| Each Tough Duck Outboard Cover evolves from a six piece pattern with a leg strap, cowl zipper placket and a leg zipper tab. All seams are external to eliminate motor abrasion. Zipper contact is eliminated with the "zipper placket". The leg and cowl zipper make the cover a simple one person operation to put on or take off. The "leg strap" keeps it secure and the "drain hole" allows liquid to escape. The final stage of the process is the addition of the "binding". The binding covers all outside seams which means they have actually been sewn twice. | ||
| Thread | ||
| Marine-Rite thread is used throughout the entire manufacturing process. Marine-Rite is 100% filament bonded polyester. It has a 16 lb. break strength and is mildew and ultra-violet resistant. Colorfast dyes keep it from fading or running. |  |

| Zipper | ||
| Vislon zipper and sliders provide the strength and flexibility needed for marine use. This zipper itself is lubricating and will not corrode. When closed these heavy duty zippers become water resistant. | ||

| We make covers from 2hp to 300hp for most makes and models. These covers are custom fit specifically for each motor size and make. No two patterns are the same. Our covers are excellent for trailering on highway or off road, or for weather protection while sitting on your boat, or in the yard etc. | ||
| Sunbrella Fabric -- The Best There Is | ||
Sunbrella fabric is known through out the
industry for it's exceptional quality. At 9.25oz per sq. yard., this fabric
is tough but soft at the same time. It is made from 100% solution dyed
acrylic fiber making it UV, dust, and water resistant. While keeping
these qualities, it is a breathable fabric.
